What is a PNP and how does it work?

By August 20, 2019 No Comments

A PNP is a Provincial Nominee Program and each province will have particular programs available that you can choose to apply through.

If you’re interested in settling in a particular province this is the best way to do so. Each province is unique, so too are their programs. However, each province has at least one stream for immigration that is for the Express Entry immigration selection system. When you are selected under the PNP program, those issued Express Entry under a PNP are awarded a whole 600 points!

For candidates who meet specific requirements for being eligible in different provinces, they will receive a notification to apply (NOI).
